Modern, clean accommodation. Great destination for parents with children. Splash Park and the pool are great. Short drive into Eden to explore other tourist attractions. Only downside was poor mobile reception, but on the other hand, it was a blessing. This was out of the control of the park.

We stayed at this park earlier this month. It was incredibly disappointing & not worth our hard-earned money whatsoever. The staff were rude & condescending. There was no internet or phone service most of the time, which is unacceptable in this day & age. The Ingenia park up the road has both with no problems at all, so do not say it is “temperamental at times“. There were a number of other issues that, along with those discussed above, have all been documented in a letter to the head office management. We are not unreasonable people, but the way we were treated & the services (or lack of) that were provided, we will never stay here again.

The activities are very fun. Our cabins pillows and sheets had stains but it was comfy to lay in. The place is amazing for kids who get bored easily. Wifi is really strong but drops out alot.

Nice kids friendly place, over the weekend it can be noisy. Plenty of kids playing areas and water fun. In water fun park, the water is cold, so bring kids complete swim bodysuits. Staff is very friendly and sites are clean.

We stayed in one of the outdated cabins. Zero privacy, if you walk the whole cabin vibrates. The cabin was very clean, amazing location, very close to the beach. WiFi is terrible! Not reasonable these days. Drops out all the time. I asked one of the staff members at the reception (she made a million excuses) for help but she was absolutely unfriendly and grumpy! Waterpark looks fantastic! Overall, wouldn’t stay there again!

Be careful budgeting for this site. The advertised price may not be what you will be paying as it "depends on how many other people are booked into the park". We got charged double...

Stayed a few nights during Christmas break. No Wifi and no reception at all. The staff members at front desk are unfriendly and impatient when asking some information. They need to improve their skills in customer services. Great location overall.
